Following are the terms and conditions of Navyanet. Navyanet reserves all rights to change, modify or alter the existing terms and conditions, with or without any prior Notice, at any point of time in the future to meet the regulatory guidelines from Time to Time. All latest Terms and Conditions mentioned belowwill supersede any previous terms and conditions, So, We suggest you to check the latest Terms and conditions before availing services offered by Navyanet or its Vendor’s networks. By using our Services at any of our (direct or indirect) locations, You (for the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, the term"You" and / or "Your" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to transact through NavyaNet's network or site) agree toaccept the terms and conditions at the time of usage. Please read them carefully.

You agree to adhere to terms and conditions made available to you as part of offered Services. We require you to provide accurate information when registering for, or using the Services. It is understood hat information provided by you while registering on NavyaNet or its vendor’s network is accurate as your knowledge. By registering for the Service you give your consent that you have read and accepted the terms and conditios listed below:Please use our services and Network as per offered Services only and do not interfere with Network Elements to get network details. And Please do not use any other method or way to access network insights or details other than the Interfaces provided by Navyanet which may result into suspension or termination of services offered to you. As agreed, you will not be doing any unlawful activities using our Services or on our nework or any of our associated Vendor’s networks. Further, you also agree that you will not do any activity or interfere with our network to bring down our Services or Vendor’s services. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access using any means, technical or Non-technical, to the NavyaNet’s network or its Vendor’s network will be taken seriously and would be considered as Non-compliance to Terms and Conditions and strict action will be taken. Services offered under this Terms and Conditions are Non-transferable. Internet speeds are beyond our scope, and speeds would depend on the Congestion in the network and the speeds made available as per vendor’s ISP plan. However, at Navyanet we intend to offer you best in class services with latest technology available. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions described above you may discontinue using our services.

In order to avail the services offered by Navyanet or through its registered Vendor’s network, we would need some of your personal details like Name, Date of birth, Phone Number and Email Id to offer you personalized services like offering some Discount as part of Vendor’s loyalty program or sharing marketing campaign to inform you about ongoing offers etc. At the time of registration process on our website’s login screen, prior to disclosing your personal information to us, we request you to please read terms and conditions thoroughly, post your consent only you may go ahead with registration process. Once, you click on send OTP button, it is understood that you have read terms and conditions and have given your consent to share your details. However, before clicking on send OTP button and after reading terms and conditions, If you do not wish to continue to avail services. You may disconnect from the network and will not be able to access free Internet services offered by Vendor’s site.

At the Vendor’s site, when you try to access free Wi-Fi, We ask for some of personal information through our login page.

Through login page, whether opened on Mobile phone,Tablets, I-pads, laptops or Desktops through any web browser, we present you same login page with Navyanet’s Logo or our Vendor’s logo. Till this point, we only capture the Mac id and IP assigned to your device and now, you are presented with Terms and conditions link. Once, you give your consent by clicking on Send otp button, we get some more data in terms of Mobile number, Date of birth, Name, location, Operating system etc, In order to ensure, users are not misusing the network and not accessing the unlawful sites, we monitor all the urls being visited with the timestamp on our network and we keep track of All devices, their Mac Id, Ip assigned and Sites visited through our network using all user devices. We keep data of all users using same device to access the services offered.

The only purpose of gathering this personal information is to offer you personalized services like Birthday wishes and offering you special discounts on Special occasions like Birthday, Anniversary etc using SMS or Email media. Through our Vendor’s offerings, we run some campaigns too to inform you about new outlet openings in your area, we use this information to share the ongoing offers and best deals etc at Vendor’s Site/ store. We use this information to seek your valuable feedback for the Services offered by our Vendor’s Outlet and this feedback information is used to improve our services at the store and Navyanet performance too.

The information is shared by you is very confidential and remains with us only. We have very strict policies and we don’t share this information with anyone including Vendor’s as well. We encrypt all the data and No-one has access to your personal information other than NavyaNet.

All the messages or Emails campaign are verified by 3 layers of approvers to ensure we send only relevant information only.

All Emails and SMSs are sent using our portal only and Data cannot be copied or downloaded in any form except NavyaNet to ensure security of your data.

In terms of location data, we gather only location of the store or Vendor’s network through which user is trying to access the network. We don’t track users.

Sometime, we use this data for Network analysis too to see the network health in terms of Coverage, capacity, Login issues, application performance improvement etc.

NavyaNet Shall not be Liable to any user or Vendor for any sort of damage including both tangible or Non-Tangible, Direct or Indirect, Monetary or informational, whether brought in Warranty, Intellectual property infringement, Tort Even if Navyanet is aware of OR have been advised of the possibility of such damage arising out of OR connected with the use (Or Inability to use) OR performance of the services. THE USER OF THE PLATFORMS ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR THE USE OF THE ERVICES AND THE INTERNET GENERALLY. You agree to indemnify and hold us and (as applicable) our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party, including the infringement by you of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
